 We design scenario-based exercises that test how organizations make decisions and sustain critical operations under realistic supply-chain pressure. Our Tabletop Exercises (TTXs) bring leaders and stakeholders together to examine decisions, authorities, coordination, and response plans, while Rehearsal of Concept (ROC) drills visually test operational sequences, dependencies, handoffs, and points of failure. Each exercise identifies gaps, validates responsibilities, and produces prioritized findings and a practical improvement plan—strengthening readiness before a real disruption places the mission at risk. 

We help organizations move from identifying supply-chain risk to reducing it. We assess critical suppliers, ownership and foreign influence, geographic concentration, cyber exposure, logistics routes, sub-tier dependencies, and single points of failure to determine where intervention will have the greatest operational value. We then develop risk-informed mitigation strategies—including supplier diversification, alternative sourcing, inventory and continuity planning, contractual controls, enhanced monitoring, and corrective-action plans aligned with the client’s mission, resources, and risk tolerance. 

We help organizations design, manage, and strengthen supply-chain operations supporting mission-critical requirements. We assess sourcing, procurement, inventory, transportation, distribution, supplier performance, and operational dependencies to identify bottlenecks and improve end-to-end visibility. Drawing on experience supporting complex global missions, we develop practical operating models, logistics plans, governance structures, performance measures, and continuity procedures that enable organizations to anticipate disruption, coordinate effectively, and sustain operations under pressure.
